I LOVE Christmas! Don’t you??! My Christmas decorating is done, but I still have so many things to bake before Christmas Eve! And, presents to buy and wrap, movies to watch, etc. With all of the holiday activities, one of the things that I look forward to most is taking time with my family enjoying the holiday decorations at Walt Disney World Resort.
Walt Disney World Resort at Christmas – and always, for that matter – really is special. What makes the holidays so great are the beautiful decorations at the Disney parks and their resorts during this time of year. Also, Christmas music is playing, “snow” is falling and the air is a little bit cooler. It is wonderful, and to be able to be with my family is the most important part of all of it! We love just walking around taking it all in. There is so much to see that you really have to go multiple times to catch it all. I feel like I am trying to slow down time, but it just keeps going by so fast! So, by spending an afternoon or evening with my husband and son at Walt Disney World Resort, that is what makes me happy. We all are keeping these memories close to our hearts. As the time fastly approaches for Christmas to be here, and will go by again soon, I will look back and remember the great times we have had together.
So, back to the many great Christmas decorations like garlands, trees and wreaths at Walt Disney World Resort. After wandering around this holiday season, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite Christmas garlands and wreaths that I have found at Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and more! I love how unique they all are to their location, and they all put me in a festive, Christmas mood! Their creations are a great source for making your own decorations as well. So pretty and fun!
Disney definitely knows how to do it! It is magical! So many bright, colorful bulbs and ornaments adorn the wreaths and garlands. And, as I mentioned above, they are all different! You will find the wonderful Mickey ears wreaths at Magic Kingdom, little animals in the garland at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, there is the old Hollywood style at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and so much more! I do have to say, that I think my two favorite resorts to see during Christmastime are Disney’s BoardWalk Resort and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. The garland at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort is jam-packed with ornaments that look like old toys and the color is just spectacular with pinks, blues, etc. The outdoor, cabin feel at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is something that always makes me feel at home. I love it! But, out of all of the places to visit inside Walt Disney World Resort, nothing beats the overall feel of Magic Kingdom with the gorgeous Christmas tree, Cinderella Castle’s Dream Lights and all of Main Street, U.S.A. decked out for the holidays!!! 🙂 Do you agree?
In conclusion, I really do hope that you enjoy this Christmas with the ones you love. Be safe! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🙂
