As the year is ending, I started looking ahead to what I need to work on for next year. I think I did a pretty good job with my goals for 2016. I really wanted to purchase nolvadex australia get more creative (read here), and with the house renovation and lots of crafting projects, I feel like I really accomplished something! Now, onto 2017.
When I think about what I want to focus on for next year, I immediately thought of my health. I know, a lot of people talk about that when the new year arrives. But, I am going to pay attention to it even more. Even though I do walk every day, I still need to add some other types of exercise. I love doing aerobic workouts and haven’t in FOREVER! So, that will be added to my weekly exercise tasks.
I notice that I sit a lot for my line of work (blogging is a very sedentary job!). So, one thing that I need to do more often is get up and move. I get so engrossed in my writing, checking on social media and looking at my email that I lose track of time. Plus, I can add to that list, having to pay bills online, looking up coupons, getting my grocery list together, etc., and I can easily see why and how I am sitting so much. To remedy this, I am going to start setting some kind of timer and moving around. I love turning on fast-paced music and dancing around. I think I will do that more. On my playlist is Journey, Kelly Clarkson, etc! What kind of music do you like?
Lifting weights is also something I need to work on. We have weights that I can use, I just need to DO IT! Make it a priority! As I am typing this, I feel like I am making myself make it a priority! Does that make sense?!! Hehehe! It seems that if I write something down, I will do it quicker. I don’t know. I am going to try my best! I don’t care for lifting weights that much, but my arm strength is really bad! I need to work on my arms, for sure.
More things to work on that involve health are my eating habits. I am pretty good at eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then when snack time comes around, I love digging into chips, a little bit of chocolate and a can of Coke! It is a hard habit to break, as I love snacking and watching our favorite sports teams playing, watching a movie or enjoying one of our favorite TV shows. But, that is no excuse. I need to break this habit. Especially since it is usually pretty late at night, and then I head to bed soon after. It is no wonder that I sometimes wake up with stomach aches!! Get a clue, Amy!!!!
So this is a good start, I hope that I can keep up the excitement. I will let you know as I go.
